Private label Instant Coffee Product Portfolio

Drying of extract takes place under low temperature by controlling bulk density, and color factors to retain the aroma. This spray process allows larger scale economic production, shorter drying times, and produces fine, rounded particles.

To get over the drawback of spray dried coffee, where the particles are too fine to be used effectively, spray dried powder is further processed for granulation to get dust-free products, retaining the aroma, enhancing solubility and color.

Liquid coffee extract frozen at low temperature of -60 degrees Celsius and collected directly from the dryer retains the aroma and gives an excellent flavor, appearance and color to the coffee beverage.

With an emphasis on creating delight for customers, our coffee mixes offer the perfect blend of a delectable cup and value. These mixes include coffee mixed with chicory and barley.
